The experience of interactive art is appropriation
PhD (part-time): 2009 - 0
This investigation examines various methods for evaluating interactivity and engagement with technology. By using a static model, namely the interactive gallery at The Public in West Bromwich it is hoped that a practical methodology will be established for evaluating interactive art and a a language for discourse and explanation will be developed.
The practical application will be further understanding of goalless interaction design and suggesting improvements in the design of more day to day applications.
