Bruce Ramsay is a Senior Research Fellow in the Centre for Distributed Computing, Networks, and Security where he is a member of the D-FET project team. Bruce joined the D-FET project after completion of his MSc in Advanced Security and Digital Forensics which he studied at Edinburgh Napier University.

Bruce has nine years worth of experience working with law enforcement as a Digital Forensic Analyst. Within this capacity Bruce has undertaken hundreds of computer examinations into areas such as Child Protection.

Bruce also has a background in Software Development and has worked within such business areas as communications and video processing.
