Christoph has been involved in extensive knowledge transfer activities, especially in promoting the integration of life sciences, clinical practice and computing. This is a unique knowledge transfer infrastructure, which can make Edinburgh Napier University a World-leader in the application of electronic methods into a clinical environment. His vision can be encapsulated by:
Reducing patient risk with enhanced methods of computation and data integration within clinical practice, in order to save lives and improve the care infrastructure in the UK and Europe by improving the processes involved. Along with this a key factor driving factor is in the integration of governance infrastructures, which aim to integrate the clinical environment with electronic data transfer, storage and consumption.
