Auld Alliance Strengthens Links For Cyber Security and Health

The research and innovation links between Scotland and Bretagne continue to develop with Professor Bill Buchanan OBE providing a keynote at a conference on Health and Cybersecurity challenges.

For this he will outline approach that Scotland is taking within cybersecurity related to healthcare. The conference is planned for November 30 2017, and opens of a week of activities around Cyber Security.

The conference is arranged by Bretagne Development Innovation and integrates with Pôle d’excellence cyber on EUROPEAN CYBER WEEK, and which has the objective of bringing together cyber stakeholders from France and Europe to discover the latest developments in civilian and military technologies.

 The main topics of the conference are:

  • The specificity of IT in health
  • Data protection
  • Security of Health IoT and equipment
  • Telemedecine
