Hutchinson Networks Showcase Collaboration Work Around Innovation and Dissemination

Edinburgh-based Hutchinson Networks has showcased the collaborative work of The Cyber Academy, and in the requirements to build up strong partnerships. For them this has included working with F5 and Cisco on their innovative SDN (Software Defined Networks) solution: Fabrix.

Over the past six months Hutchinson Networks has worked with The Cyber Academy on a range of initiatives, including a Symposium on SDN [here] and in developing research and innovation projects for an advanced training infrastructure based on SDN. This work will feed into the development of [vSoC], which aims to build one of the most advanced training infrastructures for Cyber Security.

The [vSoC] work includes a partnership with a range of companies and organisations including HP and RSA.
