SACI reader and CSI member Dr Alistair Duff delivered a paper 'The Preferential Option for the (Information) Poor in Digital Societies' at the 4th ICTs-and-Society Network conference, held this year in Uppsala, Sweden. Other speakers included Vincent Mosco, Andrew Feenberg, Graham Murdock and Karle Nordenstreng.
