Gaelic Part-of-Speech Tagger Project. Funded by the Carnegie Trust and Bòrd na Gàidhlig, this is a collaborative effort to build the first automatic part-of-speech (POS) tagger and gold-standard corpus for Scottish Gaelic. The Principal Investigator is Dr William Lamb (Celtic and Scottish Studies of University of Edinburgh). It involves Gaelic scholars and computer scientists from across Scotland’s universities.
