A report for a start-up company on the categories of potential customers, their requirements and expectations, and a rationale for development priorities to ensure maximum commercialisation and monetisation.

A series of insights / ideas on the aspects that end-users find appealing about the existing interface, and how users expect this to develop, and the relative usefulness of promoted content and direct  advertising.

To give the company a competitive edge through understanding of disruptive technologies and human-computer interaction research, enhancing their capability to analyse market developments and to carry out usability testing.
