"Tornado" Automated Warehouse Management System
11/10/2010 - 30/06/2011
Tornado Storage Solutions build tower storage machines for clients including IKEA, Audi and play.com.
The ASIS controller was developed by Napier to drive a range of machines
using a variety of interfaces. As well as providing a clean, user
freindly interface it optimises the placement of articles.
Following the successful implementation of the main controller Tornado
came back to Napier for a number of additional projects including a web
based reporting tool that allows real-time reports of stock from
machines located across the world.
"Tornado" Automated Warehouse Management System is a Consultancy project funded by Tornado Storage Solutions.
Carried out in collaboration with and others.
