Canan

01/01/2005 - 31/07/2005

This Knowledge Transfer Partnership (KTP) between Cànan Ltd and Napier University aimed to establish a multimedia department and to develop an online platform for the delivery of British minority language e-learning materials.

Cànan, based in the Isle of Skye, offer a wide variety of communications, marketing and design services, working in Gaelic and English

The KTP resulted in BubbleSpeak, an innovative template-based content system that is simple to use, portable and platform independent.

Cànan gained a culture of innovation and access to new technologies, which raised its profile, generated a new lucrative market and embedded a practice of research and development.
Canan is a KT Partnership project funded by KTP. Carried out in collaboration with Cànan Ltd and others. For further information please refer to .
